Synopsis:
Glasnost meets Glocks, with Soviet police captain Ivan Danko (Arnold Schwarzenegger) working alongside Chicago cop Art Ridzik (Jim Belushi) to catch a fugitive Russian drug kingpin, in perhaps the most mismatched of the "mismatched buddy-cop" films that permeated '80s Hollywood.
