Synopsis:
Drummed out FBI agent Mark Kaminski (Arnold Schwarzenegger), now small-town sheriff, is recruited by a senior bureau official (Darren McGavin) for a very unofficial assignment: bust up the Chicago Mob from the inside and avenge the death of McGavin's agent son. Based on a story by Sergio Leone collaborators Luciano Vincenzoni and Sergio Donati, and directed by John Irvin, Raw Deal continued Schwarzenegger's segue from the sword-and-sandal fantasy of the Conan films to modern-day action hero roles.
