Synopsis:
A white Midwestern divorcee, Julie (Barabara Barrie), and her black co-worker Frank Richards (Bernie Hamilton) fall in love. The pair struggle to reconcile their own desires to create a family together and societal pressures surrounding interracial marriage when Julie's ex-husband Joe (Richard Mulligan) sues for custody of their child based on his prejudices.
