Synopsis:
After Carol Hunnicut (Anne Archer) witneses a mob hit, she flees to rural Canada to hide out. DA Robert Caulfield (Gene Hackman) ventures into the wilderness to find her and convince her to return to Los Angeles to testify. When the mob appears and tries to kill both of them, witness and prosecutor are chased through the wild as they try to escape their pursuers.
